As a Protege Agent, you will work directly under an exemplary Agent receiving elite mentorship. This is a rare opportunity to gain firsthand experience inside a high-performing agency while building the skills necessary to launch your own. You’ll learn sales, client management, operations, marketing, and business development — all while earning income and developing your long-term ownership plan.
