Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, On-Site

Responsibilities:

• Discover new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships.
• Present our services to potential clients in a compelling manner.
• Provide professional post-sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their ongoing needs.
• Input data into our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
• Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer happiness and uphold company reputation.
• Negotiate contracts and maintain accurate records of sales and data.

Requirements:

• Enthusiastic and passionate about sales and customer service.
• Knowledge of market research, sales techniques, and negotiation principles.
• Excellent proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills with the ability to foster relationships.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
