Line Lead Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $16.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift

• Lead, supervise, and coordinate the daily activities of production line team members, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
• Direct workflow, assign tasks, and monitor progress to ensure production targets and deadlines are met consistently.
• Ensure strict adherence to all company safety protocols, policies, and quality assurance standards throughout the production process.
• Conduct quality checks, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain product integrity.
• Troubleshoot minor operational or equipment disruptions to minimize downtime and maintain workflow.
• Provide training and guidance to new and existing team members, ensuring proper procedures are followed..

Line Lead Qualifications:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory capacity, preferably within a production, manufacturing, or warehouse setting.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively lead, motivate, and manage a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide clear instructions and feedback.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Prior experience as a Supervisor or Team Lead.*
• Solid understanding of general warehouse operations and safety practices.
